All replies, one dashboard

ForgeSend pulls inbound replies from all connected inboxes into a single unified view. No need to check Gmail, Outlook, and SMTP accounts separately. Every reply from every campaign appears in the same table, sorted by recency. The reply count in the sidebar updates as new replies arrive.

Auto-pause on reply

The moment a reply is detected, ForgeSend automatically pauses that contact's sequence. Pending send jobs are cancelled before the next step dispatches. The contact's status updates from Active to REPLIED. No manual intervention required — the pause is enforced at the backend sending layer, not just in the UI.

Campaign context per reply

Every reply in the inbox shows the campaign name, the inbox it was received on, and the step that prompted the reply. You can immediately see which step in your sequence drove the most replies without navigating away. Campaign and step context is shown inline per row.

Mark as read tracking

Track which replies have been reviewed with a simple mark-as-read system. Unread replies show a count badge in the sidebar. Filter the reply inbox by unread to see only what needs attention. The unread count resets correctly after marking — no phantom unread counts.

Which inbox types does the reply box cover?

Gmail OAuth, Microsoft OAuth, and SMTP/IMAP inboxes. All connected inboxes feed into the same unified reply view regardless of provider.

Does auto-pause work across all inbox types?

Yes. Auto-pause fires when a reply is detected on any connected inbox regardless of provider type — Gmail, Outlook, and SMTP all covered.

Can I filter replies by campaign?

Replies are shown across all campaigns in recency order. Per-campaign filtering is on the roadmap for a future release.

What happens if the same prospect replies to multiple campaigns?

Each reply creates a separate row in the inbox, tied to its campaign. Both sequences pause independently when replies are detected.
