Every send job is assigned to the next available inbox in the rotation queue. No manual configuration — connect your inboxes and ForgeSend handles the rest. The rotation cycles continuously across all connected inboxes regardless of provider type. New inboxes join the rotation immediately on connection.

Daily limits enforced

Set a daily send limit per inbox and ForgeSend will never exceed it. When an inbox hits its limit, pending jobs queue automatically and resume the next sending window. Limits are tracked per inbox per calendar day and reset at midnight. The Deliverability dashboard shows live capacity per inbox, and each inbox's own card on the Inboxes page shows a running "sent today / limit" progress bar.

Automatic provider matching

ForgeSend automatically prefers sending to a lead from a connected inbox on the same provider — Google to Google, Microsoft to Microsoft — when one is healthy and available. No match on hand? It falls back to the other native provider, then to any connected inbox in the pool — a send is never paused, delayed, or blocked while waiting for a match. Mixing provider types in one pool is still fully supported, and none of it needs manual configuration — matching happens automatically for every lead. Add or remove inboxes from the pool at any time without disrupting active campaigns.

Protects domain reputation

Spreading send volume across multiple inboxes and domains reduces the risk of any single domain being flagged. Lower per-inbox volume means lower bounce rate per sender, better engagement signals per domain, and a much smaller blast radius if one inbox has a problem. Rotation is the simplest deliverability protection available.

Does inbox rotation work across different provider types?
Yes. Gmail, Microsoft 365, and SMTP inboxes all participate in the same rotation pool, and ForgeSend automatically prefers a same-provider inbox for each lead when one's healthy and available — falling back to the other native provider, then the full pool, without ever delaying the send.
What happens when an inbox hits its daily limit?
Pending send jobs queue automatically and resume the next sending window. ForgeSend never exceeds the limit you set.
Can I set different daily limits per inbox?
Yes. Each inbox has its own daily limit configured on the Inboxes page. Limits are enforced independently per inbox.
Does rotation work if I only have one inbox connected?
Yes — all sends go through the single inbox up to its daily limit. Add more inboxes at any time and they join the rotation immediately.
