ForgeSend uses a waterfall enrichment model — multiple enrichment sources checked in sequence until a verified email is found. You only pay when a result is delivered, at exact data provider cost with zero markup. Cloud users use ForgeSend enrichment credits; self-hosted users connect their own enrichment source API keys (BYOK).
Once your monthly AI Copilot allotment is used, you can keep searching in Manual Mode at no extra cost — Manual Mode has no monthly cap. AI Copilot simply helps you build search queries faster; it isn't required to find leads.
Your campaigns, leads, and reply history remain accessible and exportable for a short window after cancellation. We recommend exporting your data (JSON/CSV) before cancelling, since access is removed once the grace period ends.
