The agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of ForgeSend, operated by Studio Launch Ltd (registered in England & Wales: 16430935). By creating an account you agree to these terms.

The service

ForgeSend provides cold email and outbound tooling including campaign sequencing, inbox management, enrichment, and deliverability monitoring. We offer both a cloud-hosted service and a self-hosted licence.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others or use ForgeSend for any purpose prohibited by our Acceptable Use Policy.

Payment and billing

Cloud plans are billed monthly at the published rate. A 7-day free trial is available — your card is captured at signup but not charged until day 8. You may cancel at any time before day 8 with no charge.

Enrichment credits are purchased separately and deducted at exact provider cost with zero markup. Credits are non-refundable once used.

Self-hosted licences are billed annually. Contact [email protected] for pricing.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer partial-month refunds.

Our responsibilities

We will make reasonable efforts to keep ForgeSend available and secure. We do not guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for deliverability outcomes, email open rates, or campaign results — these depend on factors outside our control including recipient behaviour and email provider policies.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring your use of ForgeSend complies with all applicable laws, including data protection and anti-spam regulations. You must not use ForgeSend to send unsolicited bulk email, harvest email addresses without consent, or violate the rights of any individual. See our Acceptable Use Policy for full details.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Studio Launch Ltd's liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of ForgeSend after changes constitutes acceptance.
