DNS checked per domain
SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records are verified for every sending domain via live DNS lookups. ForgeSend checks common DKIM selectors automatically — no manual configuration needed. Missing or misconfigured records are flagged with a clear BLOCKED or WARNING verdict before any campaign launches. Fix the DNS issue, hit Re-check, and the verdict updates immediately.
Capacity tracked per inbox
Daily send limits and pending job counts are tracked per inbox in real time. ForgeSend calculates available capacity as limit minus pending jobs — not just limit minus sent. This means an inbox approaching its limit from queued jobs is correctly shown as near-capacity before those jobs dispatch. You will never over-commit an inbox.
READY / WARNING / BLOCKED verdicts
Every inbox receives a clear three-tier verdict. READY means all checks pass and the inbox is safe to use in a campaign. WARNING means a non-critical issue was found — the inbox can still send but attention is recommended. BLOCKED means a critical issue that must be resolved before launch. Verdicts update immediately after re-check.
Token and credential health
OAuth tokens for Gmail and Microsoft accounts are validated before every send. SMTP credentials are tested on connection and flagged if they fail. Expired or revoked tokens surface as BLOCKED in the Deliverability dashboard before they cause silent send failures in your campaign. Token status is shown with expiry date when available.
