No hidden contract terms
ForgeSend has no minimum contract, no lock-in, and no cancellation friction. Reply.io users report contract terms and refund friction — one reviewer put it plainly: 'I requested a refund, which they said they do not offer.'
FORGESEND VS REPLY.IO
Reply.io's pricing depends on plan, users, active-contact volume, and channel add-ons. Its public pricing shows strong outreach features, but no evidence of a line-by-line enrichment ledger or a Private Deployment path. ForgeSend is built for operators who want month-to-month workspace pricing, proactive deliverability guardrails, and Private Deployment for businesses that need their data on infrastructure they control.

WHY FORGESEND
ForgeSend has no minimum contract, no lock-in, and no cancellation friction. Reply.io users report contract terms and refund friction — one reviewer put it plainly: 'I requested a refund, which they said they do not offer.'
Reply.io charges $99/user/month on the Multichannel plan — a two-rep team reaches $198/month, a five-rep team reaches $495/month, and costs keep climbing with headcount. ForgeSend charges a flat rate per workspace: one price for your whole team, no matter how many users.
For businesses that need their data on infrastructure they control, ForgeSend offers Private Deployment — a dedicated setup arranged directly with the team. Reply.io is SaaS-only — your contacts, campaigns, and reply data stays on their infrastructure whether you want it to or not.
USER FEEDBACK
I requested a refund and was told they don't offer one — the no-refund policy is a recurring complaint.
User reviews across multiple platforms, 2026
No refund policy, and a buggy LinkedIn integration that can put your account at risk of bans — both recurring themes in user reviews.
User reviews across G2 and Kondo, 2026
The Multichannel plan is $99/user per month, and real costs reach roughly $267–292 for a 2-rep team once add-ons and enrichment are included.

COMMON QUESTIONS
Reply.io charges $99/user/month on the Multichannel plan — a two-rep team reaches $198/month, and users report contract terms and refund friction. ForgeSend is month-to-month with no lock-in, no minimum, and flat per-workspace pricing — one price covers your entire team regardless of headcount. ForgeSend also logs every enrichment action at exact provider cost before and after it runs, and offers Private Deployment for businesses that need their data on infrastructure they control — Reply.io is SaaS-only.
Inboxes reconnect via OAuth — Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 connect directly through the standard OAuth 2.0 flow, no SMTP passwords required. Lead lists export from Reply.io as CSV files and import into ForgeSend with automatic header detection and custom field mapping to any merge tag. For any provider outside Google or Microsoft, SMTP configuration is also fully supported with auto-fill presets.
Yes. ForgeSend supports A/B/C/D/E variant tabs per sequence step — test subject lines and body copy across up to five variants per step. Variants are fully editable before any send fires and can be previewed per lead inside the campaign builder.
Yes. ForgeSend warmup runs on a real peer-to-peer inbox network with AI-varied content per interaction, handled automatically in dedicated folders so warmup traffic never appears in your working inbox. Warmup is an optional monthly add-on from $29/month, available after subscribing to any cloud plan — not a separate per-seat contract. Built-in ramp-up logic increases daily send volume automatically from the point of activation.
ForgeSend's Starter plan is $29/month flat with no per-user charges, no minimum contract, and no add-ons required to use the core platform. Reply.io's Multichannel plan is $99/month per user — a two-person team reaches $198/month before LinkedIn, Calls/SMS, or other add-ons are enabled. Enrichment on ForgeSend runs at exact provider cost with zero markup, visible line by line in the enrichment ledger before credits are spent.
MIGRATION GUIDE
Inboxes reconnect via OAuth and lead lists import via CSV — the four sections below cover what carries over, what starts fresh, and what to archive before you cancel.
01 — INBOXES
Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 accounts connect directly via the standard OAuth 2.0 flow — no SMTP passwords are requested or stored. The authorisation takes under two minutes per inbox and tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. For any provider outside Google or Microsoft — Zoho, Yahoo, cPanel, or any custom host — SMTP configuration is also fully supported with auto-fill presets.
02 — LEAD LISTS
Export your lead lists from Reply.io as CSV files and import them directly into ForgeSend. Column headers are detected automatically on upload — no reformatting required before import. Map any CSV column to a custom merge tag during import and use it in sequence copy immediately. Re-uploading an updated version of any list upserts existing contacts by email address rather than creating duplicates.
03 — WARMUP AND DOMAIN REPUTATION
Your domain's DNS records — SPF, DKIM, and DMARC — are tied to your domain, not to any sending platform, so they remain valid after switching. Reply.io's warmup network membership does not transfer. ForgeSend warmup starts on its own peer-to-peer network, with built-in ramp logic that increases daily send volume automatically from the point of activation. The pre-send guardrail checklist confirms warmup status before any campaign is allowed to launch.
04 — REPLY HISTORY
Replies logged inside Reply.io stay in Reply.io's platform and are not imported into ForgeSend. ForgeSend begins tracking replies from the point your inboxes are connected. Export your full reply history from Reply.io and archive it before cancelling your account. From migration onwards, every reply is captured in ForgeSend's unified reply inbox with full thread view, intent tagging, and direct reply composition without leaving the platform.
